One of the most common symptoms of PCOS- mood swings, can be managed with some small lifestyle changes. Like anything else, it is going to take a bit of an effort at the beginning. But definitely it will be worth it. 1. Plan your day such that you are occupied with things that you enjoy doing (remember, an empty mind is a devil's workshop) 2. Include physical workouts in order for all the feel-good hormones to secrete better 3. Sleep on time! Dont ignore your natural bodily response to exhaustion. 4. Talk it out. You need not entangle yourself in the cycle of assumption, frustration, conclusion and guilt. Rather, discuss and be open to invite conversations. If you'd prefer a safe space, consider a session with professional psychologists- absolutely nothing wrong in it:) 5. Prioritize self-care. Remember, you are worth it ❤️
