Iodine-rich foods include seafood, iodized salt, and whole-wheat bread. Generally, \u201cground-grown\u201d food products, like carrots, potatoes, and beans) contain higher levels of iodine. Since chlorine found in regular tap water may interfere with iodine levels in the body, it is recommended to switch to distilled water for drinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amino acid tyrosine helps with the health and function of the thyroid gland. Polish the inner surface with grapeseed oil and season as desired. Reduce by half.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take off the squash from the oven, remove the flesh, and transfer it to a food processor. Now add the orange zest, 1 tablespoon of the juice concentrate, and pur\u00e9e. Add more juice concentrate as per the desired consistency.
