Did you know there are more than 3 trillion bacteria 🦠 in your gut, you are literally more bacteria than you are a human hehehe!! These bacteria sleep with you, eat with you, and become happy with you so obviously they do need good food. Therefore make sure to have curd (natural source of lactobacillus), soluble fiber (like banana and veggies, garlic - these guys are prebiotic in nature, meaning your gut bacteria will feed on such fiber) and water 😍😍❤️.
