As a nutritionist I personally believe that our homemade Indian delicacies can be an integral part of weight loss or any form of diet. 💡 This is my breakfast today:- 1/2 millet chapati 1 small katori cabbage peas curry 1 small katori dal veggie cutlet curry 1 katori salad 1 lightly fried egg You can use this meal as a template of your own diet. ✅ Also eating in steel utensils has its own benefits, want me to drop a post on that? 🧐
