Heart muscles weakening
Why do heart muscles weaken due to high BP?

Do to the blood vesseles getting narrowed, blood circulation throughtout the body would be reduced. In order for the blood to reach the brain and other additional organs, the heart has to put in additional effort to pump blood in turn weakening the muscles.

Thanks. I'm already taking steps in my diet to avoid high BP and exercising a bit. Any other recommendations?
