Compound movements

If you're trying to lose weight in the gym, try including compound movements in your workout. These movements target multiple muscles in the same set and helps increasing the overall intensity of the workout. Some examples of these exercises are Squat, Bench and Deadlift. These are some exercises which are extremely intense and require a certain level of practice to master them.
