Adding protein to my breakfast

🍲For me quick and easy to make meals are the best😁 🍛At the same time good and right nutrition is also important to accomplish my goals. 🍲 This helps me keep going with All day work = Taking sessions + my workout +household chores. So having this quick breakfast with three Eggs(one whole plus two white), one slice wheat bread plus a spoon peanut butter.
