My go to breakfast and sometimes meals on days I don't feel too hungry is a good old fruit smoothie. The best way to make smoothie is to freeze your fruits first! Otherwise it becomes a milkshake. Freeze your berries/bananas/apples/fruit of choice and add cold milk to your blender jar. Add a dash of vanilla essence, protein powder if you're having and blend away 😍
