Weight loss shouldn't be a punishment to your taste buds, so instead of avoiding going out to eat completely, rather swap out that unhealthy processed fast food burger and instead have tandoor items like chicken or paneer tikka. These foods are high in protein and are much much healthier than a burger from your fast food chain and also will satisfy your craving for a cheat meal. And you will also be encouraging local businesses and will be promoting Indian food at your own level.
