What are you snacking on??

Post lunch snacking is the most vulnerable time we tend to eat junk. This is when we need to mindfully snack in a way that you don’t over eat or starve yourself. Some snacks that I prefer maybe just before my class or between two classes are- ✅Apple with peanut ✅Homemade Trail mix ✅Protien smoothies ✅Chana Sattuu drink ✅Makhanas
