Did you eat your fruit today ?

I ate my fruit an apple with peanut butter for natural fats, vitamin E, rich in micronutrients and some pumpkin seeds as they are high in antioxidants & improves bladder health.. If you haven't eaten your fruit today, what are you waiting for? Go eat it & enjoy it😊 And hope you're keeping up with your goal I announced in class last week😋

Can the fruits be missed while eating. Somewhere I read we should eat only one fruit at a time.

It's suggested that you eat the citrus fruits and sweet fruits separately without mixing them.
