Drumsticks😊

In which form should we have drumsticks @Sonali Sachdeva @Sakina Hashmi As what I know they are rich in Calcium so having them in any form will be equally beneficial or not.

You can have it in the form of vegetable curry or soup anything is fine. Also, try to consume it's leaves too as they are equally nutritious. Preparation could be in the form of a simple stir fried veggie
