Stress.Stress.Stress. I don't like it.I avoid but

Stress likes me πŸ˜‚ YES, in today's date we can't avoid stress in our busy & hectic lifestyle where we have tons of responsibilities & to-do lists. But we definitely can de-stress ourselves with just 5 minutes of mindful & deep breathing. Deep & slow breathing helps in calming down the mind activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Thereby reduces the heart rate and dilates the blood vessels, reducing overall blood pressure.

So true.. While reading it seems "only" 5 mins. But to actually do it, we get so lazy.. like preferring to watch TV for 5 mins during the break.. but like you said we can choose to do deep breathing..

Yeah. 5 mins toh aise hi chale jaate hain when we scroll down Instagram or YouTube shorts. But when it comes to mindful breathing it seems a lot πŸ˜‚
