Summer heat taking your energy away …

If your hands reach on —any of the box juices , cokes , lemon fizzy drinks , or sweet sherbets —— Stop!!Right there …. it may be a temporary thirst to quench but not nourishing your body cells at all . On the contrary - - you will get dehydrated , feel fuller , and with ‘zero ‘ water intake could develop gastric disturbances as the heat takes over - leaving us drained out, dehydrated and a ‘sick’ feeling Be mindful with your choices !! 1) A superb home made nimbu pani - ( lemon , salt , sugar- perfect to support electrolytes in summers ) 2) home made butter milk 3) home made curd with a sliced mango and some chia or sabza seeds 4) Kokum water 5) tender coconut water ( include the pulp too) 6) Infused waters ( infuse water with lemon wedges , mint leaves , strawberries , cucumbers , ) Avoid juicing your fruits rather eat the watermelon or muskmelon or pair it with herbs like mint to make a watermelon mint salad and a spoon of pumpkin seeds to it . Have a healthy summer🏖️
