Mindful eating at restaurant

Always pick options that has lot of veggies to eat healthy is not that difficult when you go out. You can ask them to use very little oil in food, many restaurants will oblige to your request. And can always opt for salads too. The mango smoothie I had was sugar free and the cake too, made of healthy fats like avocado and peanut butter. Next time you go out, pick more consciously and if you intend to have a cheat day that's completely alright too. #showusyourplatechallenge @Challenge Master
