I don’t particularly like eggs and my doctor has recommended including them in the diet. Is there a way to sneak eggs into my diet? Also 🤔 is there a substitute for eggs?

Eggs are a good source of protein, so suggested. You can try including it in soup or even as a French toast rather than taking it directly as you aren't very fond of it. Other substitutes are nuts, seeds, dals, pulses, dairy & non veg items like chicken or fish( in case you are a non vegetarian) . Hope this helps !!

You can have egg parantha, egg sandwich, or egg wrap/roll. While making besan cheela, egg can be added to the batter, once in 10days you can bake a banana bread loaf (with whole wheat flour & no sugar), and add eggs into it.
