Restlessness - closing eyes
I feel restless as soon as I close my eyes
Feel free to open your eyes whenever you feel a bit restless, and take 5-10 deep breaths. Once you feel a bit more relaxed, try closing your eyes again. Just in case you’re still feeling a bit uneasy, that’s absolutely fine. Try a different class, that doesn’t require you to close your eyes for a long time, like Breathwork or Vital Yoga.
