Meditating regularly can have a variety of benefits. Just some of these are : 1. Building focus by training the mind to let go of all distractions 2. Improving quality of sleep. Regular practice helps to relieve the accumulated stress and tension in the mind and the body, allowing one a good night's deep rest :) 3. Better control over emotions and reactions, there helping in inculcating patience and managing anger. 4. As we all know, reducing stress and anxiety through regular practice of mindfulness techniques.
