Coffee shoffee😁☕
Having too much caffeine is ofcourse not good but having one cup of coffee is must for me😁
Who are the coffee lovers here? And can you shedlight on how much and in what way taking caffeine is good for health😊

Hi @Arashdeep ! Definitely too much caffeine is not good, but up to 400mg/day is considered safe by the FDA. Now this means about 2-5 cups of coffee per day. The amount of caffeine however depends on the variety of coffee, I believe @Pankaj Chaddah has posted something really good on this. But just for starters, freshly brewed coffee without sugar/sweeteners, green coffee, decaffeinated varieties, matcha etc. are better options than instant coffee powders both due to their rich nutrient profile & the lower contents of acrylamide. The best way to drink coffee daily would be to have it black with no other accompaniments. But a splash of dairy, plant based creamers or a sprinkle of cinnamon, peppermint, nutmeg etc. won't hurt. What also matters is that when are you having the coffee & with what you're having it with. And to add to it .. try to include coffee in the first half of the day . And not later than that as it can interfere with your sleep patterns . . Enjoy your cuppa ☕️😊
