Nailing the pose -Warrior 1 Makes me so happy to see the awareness you all have while practicing. Things to pay attention to while practicing the pose: *Avoid stressing the knees.Instead work to engage thighs to strengthen them. *Awareness to not stressing the back leg ankle. *Slowly build awareness to engage core muscles and to align pelvic neutrally.
