A perfect recipe for disaster?🤕

I am person who is workaholic and one of the toughest thing for me is to stop or say no. For example i always believed that, I shiuld keep doing my strength workout and would take break only when my body feels week and can't continue any more( reactive behaviour) ,but this would work if the goal is very short term. I realized this very late and no one was there to guide me too, but now i know that after my workout i need to relax for my muscles( body and mind) to heal and be strong for the next workout( Proactive behaviour) and I apply this same thing with learning a new skill, work or any other task for that matter.
