In summers, the appetite usually dips down & we may not feel like having a hot meal. Snacky options come to the rescue. Today I've made green moong khaman with lasun chutney. Also added some finely chopped corriander & spinach to step up the fiber. With protein, carbs, vitamins & minerals in one plate its a great option this season !
