Lack of focus

I’m not able to focus, and my mind keeps wandering. Is that normal?

This is completely natural. However, work towards bringing your attention back to the present moment each time you lose focus. The more you do this, the more you exercise and strengthen your mind – much like how repeated flexing helps develop your muscles.
