Equal Breathing Technique: This breathing technique focuses on equal breath length. It is a controlled breathing technique and is easy to perform. Step 1: Sit or lay comfortably in a quiet space. Step 2: Close your eyes and relax your muscles. Step 3: Inhale through your nose for four seconds Step 4: Pause for a few seconds to allow the air to rest in your lungs. Step 5: Again exhale through your nose for four seconds. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times
