Technique - Sit with yourself with awarness on the breath. Go for some conscious and deep breaths - Inhale through nose and exhale through mouth. Once you feel settled and comfortable in your body and breath then pick up any one affirmation that you resonate with from the list below. All you need to do next is start repeating this affirmation mentally as you inhale and exhale. Allow this affirmation to spread within the body and around you. Keep repeating the affirmation till you start feeling one with it. You will notice that with repeated practice your mind will get rewired and you will start experiencing relief from fear and anxiety of being alone. Additionally -You can write or journal your thoughts - dont be judgemental of your thoughts be honest and genuine as you vent out your thoughts through pen, talk and build communication with your loved ones and remember that you are loved no matter whether your loved ones are with you or not !@Neelu Bhandari Hope it Helps😊
