Just before sleep, soak your feet in cold water for 15-20mins, since it's summer cold water is best. * It helps to rejuvenate after a long day of standing or moving around. *It helps to improve your immunity. *Soothes your nervous system, as all the nerves are connected at your feet. *Helps to improve the overall health of your body. * Cold water helps with pain is that it causes your blood vessels to constrict which helps to reduce swelling and inflammation. * Eases depression, makes you feel refreshed.
