Is this much Cardio recommended ???

This is inquired by one of the follower and I thought to share this with all, as I do receive such questions frequently. Always remember that what works for one doesn’t necessarily work for another. Be it diet, be it workout or be it anything. Every body is different, every individual is different. So never ever get carried away or never follow anything blindly. The basic idea / purpose with which I share my daily workouts is to encourage, motivate, inspire people to move and to include workout as part of lifestyle. I believe human body can go to any extent with proper form, technique, training. As far as my workout is concerned, I have been training since years and have now elevated as per my goals. I do have some plans because of which I have been training really hard, especially for Cardio. This does gets taken care along with my diet and sleep.
