Everyone knows, they should be drinking coconut water and it’s good for health, but here are 3 reasons why you should be eating coconut malai as well- 1) Coconut malai will keep you full, it aids in fat reduction because of presence of fibre and protein, it also gives you a feeling of satiety due to presence of good fats which in turn prevents overeating. 2) It’s packed with numerous phenolic substance that can eliminate free radicals thereby preventing oxidative stress. 3) Diabetics are usually restricted when it comes to drinking coconut water, how’s when you have it with the malai, this will ensure stabilised blood sugar levels because of presence of good fats PS: not that drinking only coconut water is bad, but adding it’s malai will provide extra nutrition
