Is it okay to stop having carbs entirely?
No, carbohydrates make 55-60% of the diet and are equally important, types of carbohydrate makes the difference, focus on complex carbs, refrain from eating refined carbs and simple sugars.
Can you please give me some examples for complex carbs?
Complex carbs pack in more nutrients than simple carbohydrates. This makes them more filling. Please consume at least 2 servings of fruits, 2-3 servings of vegetables/ green leafy vegetables, soaked nuts like almonds, walnuts, raisins, figs etc.,whole grains ( millets- bajra/jowar/ buckwheat/ragi etc)oats, on a regular basis
