🌈Breathing is done with a muscle called the diaphragm. 🌈Good posture allows the diaphragm to work properly, but poor posture can make it hard to breathe deeply. 🌈Slouching can compress the diaphragm, while tension in the neck and shoulders can limit the chest's ability to expand during inhalation. 🌈Poor posture can also cause muscle pain and make it harder to maintain good breathing habits.
