ONLINE YOGA CLASS.... YAY OR NAH?

A MUST READ FOR ALL USERS Like everything, Online Yoga sessions also have pros and cons. But I would like to share few points that can make your class experience a wonderful one🤗 🌱 Use a good device and good wifi to join in 🌱Do the Camera placement properly 🌱 Have a dedicated and undisturbed place or room for your class 🌱Adjust the Volume to your comfort 🌱Join early to connect with the teacher/coach 🌱Always mention your medical condition and body pain to the trainer leading the session. 🌱 Since here we do sessions on zoom. So I would say become familier with basic functioning of zoom like how to mute/unmute, how to use Chat box, how to raise hand, that's it. 🌱For Any doubts, stay at the end to discuss with the trainer. 🌱 Communicate with the Trainer and share your feedback. If you feel, anything could be changed or added for benefit of everyone, feel free to share with the trainer. 🌱 In Online session, your ears become your eyes. So listen to the instructions properly
