In summers, what's better that a yummy salad ?? I've tried this lemon dill potato salad for a change & it's turned out 👌👌 Do give it a try ! Ingredients 250 grams baby potatoes[ cut into halves, boiled in salt water for 10-15 minutes until fork tender] 1 tsp Dijon mustard/ 1 tsp honey mustard 1 tsp finely minced garlic 1 tsp grated zest of lemon 1 tsp olive oil 2 tsps finely chopped spring onion greens 3-4 tsps finely chopped dill leaves Salt & pepper to taste Method 1. Transfer the boiled potatoes into a bowl 2. Whisk together the olive the oil, mustard, salt & pepper ,garlic & lemon zest 3. Pour this mix into the potatoes while they are still a little warm. This will ensure that the flavors are best absorbed 4. Toss well. Add the dill & spring onions & toss once again 5. Chill & serve 💜
