How to mentally and emotionally prepare for both

To head more confidently into this big event is to mentally and emotionally prepare yourself for giving birth. Some ideas to help you get ready for your birth: 1. Make a birth plan which should be open and fluid outlining the birth preferences which you should share with your birth team. 2. Eat well. Good nutrition can help your body and energy to be ready. 3. Learn coping skills. Coping skills will help your mind and body to relax during challenges. 4. Get good rest. 5. Take child birth preparation professional class which will educate you to understand your choices so that you can take informed decisions. 6. Practice relaxation techniques. It’s not always easy to consciously relax when you are uncomfortable. These techniques will help to stay relax instead of fighting fear. 7. Keep yourself Hydrated. 8. Take prenatal yoga class which will have learning coping skills, practising relaxation techniques and childbirth preparation learning. This will prepare your body forsmooth delivery
