When I want to include a cheat meal in my diet . I simply ββ βοΈAdd colourful vegetables to my plate βοΈinclude steamed sprouts also βοΈ include more of protein so that I feel fuller βοΈ include my cheat meals like a chicken bought from out or macaroni stir fry vegetables / noodles / or any favourite food of my choice β¦ Pair the cheat meal with a healthy meal or simply add a salad or some sprouts to balance and give you a good serving of fiber . Drinks 2 liters of water π¦ And donβt forget to exercise ππ»ββοΈ
