Cheat meal with colours on my plate ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

When I want to include a cheat meal in my diet . I simply โ€”โ€” โœ”๏ธAdd colourful vegetables to my plate โœ”๏ธinclude steamed sprouts also โœ”๏ธ include more of protein so that I feel fuller โœ”๏ธ include my cheat meals like a chicken bought from out or macaroni stir fry vegetables / noodles / or any favourite food of my choice โ€ฆ Pair the cheat meal with a healthy meal or simply add a salad or some sprouts to balance and give you a good serving of fiber . Drinks 2 liters of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ And donโ€™t forget to exercise ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
