When I want to include a cheat meal in my diet . I simply โโ โ๏ธAdd colourful vegetables to my plate โ๏ธinclude steamed sprouts also โ๏ธ include more of protein so that I feel fuller โ๏ธ include my cheat meals like a chicken bought from out or macaroni stir fry vegetables / noodles / or any favourite food of my choice โฆ Pair the cheat meal with a healthy meal or simply add a salad or some sprouts to balance and give you a good serving of fiber . Drinks 2 liters of water ๐ฆ And donโt forget to exercise ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
