When I want to include a cheat meal in my diet . I simply β€”β€” βœ”οΈAdd colourful vegetables to my plate βœ”οΈinclude steamed sprouts also βœ”οΈ include more of protein so that I feel fuller βœ”οΈ include my cheat meals like a chicken bought from out or macaroni stir fry vegetables / noodles / or any favourite food of my choice … Pair the cheat meal with a healthy meal or simply add a salad or some sprouts to balance and give you a good serving of fiber . Drinks 2 liters of water πŸ’¦ And don’t forget to exercise πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
