Here are some tips on how to use Sitz bath effectively: 1. Fill your bathtub or basin with warm water(not too hot) and add Epsom salt or natural ingredients to soothe and heal your perineal area. 2. Sit in the water for 10 to 20 minutes, making sure it covers your hips. 3. Use a peri bottle to rinse the area with warm water before and after the bath. 4. Pat the area dry with soft towel or let it air dry. 5. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid tight underwear or pants that can irritate the area. 6. Consult your doctor before using Sitz bath, especially if you had a c section or any other complications during childbirth
