Stress Management techniques

Managing your stress is just simplifying things up by : 1. Proper nutrition - avoiding extreme diets that are not sustainable and can add undue stress for both the gut and mind 2. Good quality daily sleep of 6-8 hours helps ensure that the mind is free from fatigue and lethargy 3. Light exercise e.g. practicing yoga with breathing excercises helps with a rush of endorphins or happy hormones, vital to keeping stress at bay 4. Meditating regularly & practicing mindfulness helps manage stress better 5. Healthy habit building & avoiding unhealthy habits like use of drugs, alcohol or excessive social media exposure
