Chia oatmeal porridge 1/3 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup milk of choice 1 tsp peanut butter 1 tsp stevia for sweetness 2 tsp soaked chia seeds 1 tsp pumpkin seeds 1 tsp sunflower seeds & Voila
