Schedule time for your new habit, work towards building healthy habits with family, friends, groups. Those building habits might be very little things that has no true impact on your day today but it can have great impact on your health and wellness tomorrow. Make it easy for yourself. If your goal is to exercise more, start to committing to exercise for just 10 minutes a day. Schedule time to build new habit and ensure there is time in your day to honour your new habit.
