I include 1/1.5 tablespoons of this superfood in my breakfast almost every single day. Benefits: - highly nutritious (packed with fiber, protein, omega 3 fatty acid and various micronutrients) - high in antioxidants - easy to include in a diet(can be eaten raw, soaked in juice, or added to oatmeal, pudding, smoothies or baked goods) - works great as an egg substitute.
