Ways to be active

To be active, you only need to find the right activity, set reasonable goals for yourself, and identify the right sources of motivation to keep you going.Some easy ways to be active :- -Take a break during your Lunch break -Take the stairs instead of elevator -Bike to work whenever possible -Try a short, at-home workout -Dance Around the house for a while -Try a group yoga class at your community. Find simple ways to stay active 🏃
