To be active, you only need to find the right activity, set reasonable goals for yourself, and identify the right sources of motivation to keep you going.Some easy ways to be active :- -Take a break during your Lunch break -Take the stairs instead of elevator -Bike to work whenever possible -Try a short, at-home workout -Dance Around the house for a while -Try a group yoga class at your community.
