Raw coconut piece as a Snack

Coconut is an excellent source of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals and antioxidants. Because of its mild sweet taste it also fulfills the unusual sweet cravings. Eating a small piece will keep full for longer because of its fibre and good fats content. So great alternative for hunger pangs.
