How to do windshield wiper:- 🌱Lay down with a bolster under your spine so you are slightly inclined. Walk your feet out wider than your hips, about the width of your yoga mat, bending your knees with your feet on the ground. Let both knees fall to one side like windshield wipers. Take this position only as deep as is comfortable on your knees, again allowing a lot of space for your growing belly, and giving your pelvis the chance to turn with the rest of your body.
