Sleep troubles💤
Unable to sleep properly since a few days, waking up tired as well.
Is there something I can do? 🥲
Hello Arshiya..There might be different factors affecting your sleep.
*Check your tea or coffee intakes. Don't take them in late evening.
*Try to avoid checking your mobile or watching TV, half an before going to sleep. As these might bring random thoughts to your mind.
*You can also practive Bhramari(humming bee) breath work before going to sleep.
