Breathwork is the key to bring awareness to your breath ๐Ÿ˜Š

Mostly all of us do the shallow breathing ๐Ÿซ. It can ๐Ÿ‘‰ cause dry mouth and fatigue ๐Ÿ‘‰ aggravate respiratory problems ๐Ÿ‘‰ is a precursor for cardiovascular issues. So breathwork is important to bring your awareness to your breath and ofcourse helps you calm down and be more mindful ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒธ
