Day 4: Reverse Warrior Pose ( The Ultimate Yoga Day Challenge)

@Challenge Master With regular practice, Reverse Warrior has many benefits such as strengthening the hips, quadriceps, arms, shoulders, torso and neck. It also stretches the groins, hips, legs and obliques and opens the chest and shoulders. The pose also improves flexibility in the spine, inner thighs, ankles and chest.
