How to improve vitamins without supplements for bone health?

For bone health, you need to focus on 1. Vit D 2. Calcium. Get 10-15 min of daily sun exposure before 10am on bare skin. Calcium sources such as milk, curd, paneer, egg, ragi, seeds, nuts etc can be included in the diet. Do not pair tea/ coffee with the meals as it may lead to nutrient malabsorption.
