An awareness of your inner child can help you think back to lighter, carefree years. “Being in touch with the joys of childhood can be an excellent way of dealing with challenging times.” 1. Acknowledge the inner child in you. 2.Listen to that child within 3.Write a letter to that child. 4.Revisit joy 5. Be open and Reach out ❤️ Reporting that my inner child is ageless🌈.
