Is it for making #muscles , having a healthy body and mind, keeping #weight under control.The answer is No , though all the above are results which one achieve but for me the most important factor is what I call "The Feel Good Factor" , if I break it down it means the content and happiness I get in 60 to 90 minutes spent in the #gym after a day's hardwork. It is the feeling of being able to connect with myself , giving me the chance to #heal myself by blocking everything out and trying to better myself everyday. So what's your motivation ??
