Carving out even a little time for something you enjoy can be an absolute game-changer. Try to set a daily intention for yourself to do something that feels good for YOU. This can be a meditation practice, a nap, a massage, a head massage from your partner or doula, a gentle yoga session, reading a book, nature lounging, self-pampering by visiting a spa or whatever else will fill up your cup post-baby.
