Can karela juice help with sugar control?

Yes Mehul it can. Karela juice contains some antioxidant vitamins, fibres & components that act similar to insulin, also since it's low in sugar & calories it can be taken daily. It's also advised to include some bitter melon in a diabetics diet according to their preference.
